A welcoming free house popular with all ages. There are three rooms off the bar with an eclectic range of furniture and fittings, including cosy sofas and real fire in one. The two real ales are predominantly from south Wales and the border counties, often with at least one such as Brains Reverend James or a Wye Valley beer. In addition to darts and cards, there is a quiz on Tuesdays and occasional live music at weekends. Buses stop outside and parking is available a short walk away.
